The types of personal information that we collect from you will depend on how you use our web site. For example, when requesting tickets we may collect details such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card information. Some of this information may be required in order to process your ticket requests.

The information we collect from you is strictly confidential. We will not reveal, disclose, sell, distribute, rent, license, share or pass that information on to any third parties other than those necessary to process your ticket request.
The information that you provide will be made securely available to the management, company or venue that is hosting the event for which you have requested tickets. This information will be used for the exclusive purpose of processing your ticket request.
You may receive email notifications from Live Access to inform you about your ticket request status or provide you with pickup instructions. All such messages will be in regards to a specific ticket request that you have submitted.
You may request any personally identifying information from Eventric at any time by following the instructions located in the "My Profile" page. These request functions will be available on or before midnight (CDT) Friday May 25th, 2018. You agree to allow Eventric 30 days to process any and all requests for data files, restriction, or removal, with a potential for an additional 60 days depending on subscription and current work load.
We take industry-recommended steps to ensure that all information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete, up-to-date and stored in a secure environment accessed only by authorized persons.
We operate secure servers to minimize the risk of unauthorized use of personal information. Credit card information that is transmitted via our secure servers is encrypted using industry recommended practices and retained for the minimum amount of time necessary to process your transaction. Once your transaction is complete, we erase your financial information from our servers and do not retain a copy.
While we strive to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access, no company can guarantee that data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. These activities are conducted at your own risk, however once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security.
Unless specified otherwise by the tour management, all ticket sales are final.
